Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor for the Madison, AL facility. Lead a manufacturing team in metal fabrication, hire/train staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet delivery, quality, and cost goals.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, manage production plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving safety/regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly, welding, machining, and quality control.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP, inventory management, and production planning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing team to ensure productivity and a positive work environment.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain a safe, clean facility.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor on-time delivery and quality.
