Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the xPL Offsite Manufacturing Facility in Decatur, AL. You will review drawings, coordinate with the project team, and ensure timely production through scheduled maintenance and safe operation of CNC machinery.

You will perform preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with subcontractors while adhering to safety standards and quality requirements.

Formación

• At least five years of experience in maintenance, CNC machinery, and industrial equipment management.
• Must hold and maintain OSHA 30-hour certification or be willing to obtain.
• Able to read fabrication documents, shop drawings, blueprints, and schedules to determine materials needed.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings and coordinate production plan before work begins.
• Develop schedules with project team and supervisors to maintain production schedule.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, manlifts, and construction hoists; maintain and document preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts, submit restocking orders, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and project standards; participate in pre-task planning and PPE usage.
