Job summary

America's Heartland Packing seeks a Production Supervisor to direct a team, uphold safety and quality, and drive productivity on the production floor. You will develop leadership within the area, oversee training, and coordinate scheduling and crewing with Kronos.

The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in FAB, strong English communication, and travel as needed. Excellent knowledge of safety and SQF practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3-5 years proven supervisory experience in FAB.
• Knowledge of FAB operations (yield / quality grades, carcass anatomy, etc.)
• Must be able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Extensive traveling which may include extended stays at plant sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate a team to maintain safety and product quality.
• Conduct line meetings and promote succession development.
• Schedule tasks and manage crewing using Kronos.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot downtime and ensure clean, compliant production areas.
