Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage all production and packaging activities, ensuring safe, quality output while optimizing labor and materials on scheduled shifts and lines.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of SAP and Kronos. The environment emphasizes GMP adherence, 5S, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Three – Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with Food and/or Packaging Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP
• Proficient in Kronos timekeeping system and SAP both pluses.
• Knowledge of Maker’s Pride procurement, products, and production processes
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, motivational and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the conversion of raw materials to finished products with minimum waste and labor cost.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
