Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team and drive mechanical and electrical maintenance across the plant. You will lead daily tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure all preventative maintenance is documented. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding processes is essential.

The role requires at least 5 years in industrial maintenance, with leadership experience and a commitment to GMP and safety standards in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years in an industrial maintenance environment or food manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating maintenance projects.
• Ability to read work orders, write reports and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 10 team members to perform daily tasks and paperwork.
• Organize and implement mechanical and engineering projects.
• Ensure PMs and paperwork are completed daily.
• Keep production lines in good mechanical order.
• Assist other teams when needed and follow GMPs and safety rules.
• Set up, inspect, test, and tear down machinery; repair as needed.
