Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a factory supervisor to oversee the fabrication floor from set-up to yields, quality, and safety. You will manage production, staffing, and training of supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and specifications.

The role requires strong knowledge of fabrication processes, USDA grading, cooler operations, and English communication. This is a full-time position based in Missouri with opportunities for frontline leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Fabrication.
• Diploma or GED required; post high school education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and safety regulations.
• Fluent English communication (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure execution of departmental plans in Fabrication.
• Oversee daily production operations and scheduling to meet priorities and specs.
• Manage crewing, training, and productivity in assigned areas.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper equipment operation.
