Job summary

America's Heartland Packing seeks a qualified supervisor to oversee the fabrication floor, directing production from setup through yields, quality, safety, and training of supervisors. You will ensure accurate records, proper line maintenance, staffing, and strong adherence to schedules.

This role requires hands-on leadership, policy enforcement, and collaboration with operations, HR, and plant management to optimize processes, control costs, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in Fabrication.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fabrication process and USDA grading.
• Strong English communication (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure execution of departmental plans in Fabrication.
• Oversee production operations and staffing to meet schedules and specs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping; train supervisors.
• Maintain records, document control, and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate material flow and support process improvements.
