Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our fabrication operations toward world-class performance at the EL PASO 6 Facility. This role drives operational excellence, safety, and high-quality engineered-to-order products while developing a high-performing workforce.

You will oversee lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and sales to deliver profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 8+ years manufacturing leadership with people management.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and root-cause analysis knowledge.
• Experience in metal fabrication and molding.
• Budging, strategic planning, and resource management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to drive profitable growth via operations planning and execution.
• Oversee S&OP activities including capacity planning and production scheduling.
• Ensure effective communication across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, and customers.
• Direct plant activities across manufacturing, quality, lean, order engineering, procurement, finance, and HR.
• Establish site-level strategies and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Drive performance against key metrics through structured action plans and disciplined execution.
• Manage the plant operating budget, including capital investments and ongoing expenses.
• Develop and engage plant leadership and workforce to build a performance-driven culture.
