Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our El Paso, TX facility. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and delivering high-quality engineered-to-order products while driving growth.

You will develop a high-performing, engaged workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement, with accountability for the plant’s budget and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Eight years of manufacturing leadership experience with direct people and operations responsibility.
• Strong budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of safety, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to support profitable growth through operations planning and execution.
• Oversee S&OP activities for engineered-to-order products, including capacity planning and scheduling.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, and customers.
• Direct plant activities across manufacturing, quality, lean, procurement, finance, and HR.
• Establish site strategies and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Drive performance against key metrics through structured action plans and disciplined execution.
• Manage the plant operating budget, including capital investments and OPEX.
• Develop and engage leadership and employees to build a high-performing culture.
