Job summary

Schneider Electric’s El Paso Campus seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse teams and drive improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy, cost, quality, and customer service.

You will optimize end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, accurate, and timely fulfillment of customer orders while developing frontline leaders and aligning with site objectives. This role emphasizes Lean, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Significant progressive experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading large or multiple operational teams and developing frontline leaders.
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound operations, inventory management, material flow, fulfillment and warehouse processes.
• Proven track record of improving KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, safety, cost, on-time delivery).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP and operational performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple warehouse teams and set priorities aligned with site goals.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, receiving, storage, picking, packing, material handling, and shipping operations.
• Drive improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute warehouse strategies supporting short- and long-term objectives.
• Ensure strong inventory management and rotate stock to minimize discrepancies and loss.
• Establish, monitor, and improve warehouse KPIs and corrective actions.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation based on demand.
• Coach and develop warehouse leaders and teams to improve performance.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and drive performance.
