Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, industrial management, or related field.
• Experience in metal fabrication and molding with lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Minimum eight years in manufacturing leadership with people and operations responsibility.
• Strong business acumen including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment, and operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality systems, and productivity improvement.
• Ability to lead change, influence across functions, and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations focusing on safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with business leadership to drive profitable growth through operations planning.
• Oversee S&OP activities for engineered-to-order products, including capacity planning and scheduling.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales and customers.
• Direct and manage plant activities across manufacturing, quality, lean, procurement, finance and HR.
• Define and execute site-level strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive performance against operational metrics with disciplined execution.
• Manage plant budget including capital investments and expenses.
• Develop and coach plant leadership to build a high-performing culture.
