Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Hands-on fabrication manufacturing experience (metal forming, punching) and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, WMS, and inventory management tools.
• Strong Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication, warehouse, and supply chain ops to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost metrics.
• Resolve production, inventory, and logistics challenges daily.
• Provide leadership over fabrication processes (metal forming, punching) and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Oversee material flow from receiving through production and shipment.
• Optimize inventory levels and accuracy; minimize shortages or excess.
• Interact with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, handling, order fulfillment, shipping, and transportation.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and teams; foster accountability and engagement.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives; analyze KPIs and drive cost reductions.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
