Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or technical role supporting plant operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, takt time, workflow optimization.
• Experience conducting capacity analysis and improving production flow.
• Proficiency in Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau.
• PFMEA activities and manufacturing process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design production processes and optimize efficiency with ergonomics and line balancing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Analyze lines; implement line balancing, takt time, and workflow improvements to optimize labor and throughput.
• Participate in PFMEA activities to ensure processes meet quality standards.
• Support manufacturability of new products during design and feasibility assessments.
• Manage ERP data, BOMs, and routings in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams.
