Zusammenfassung

Douglas Dynamics LLC is seeking Fabrication Operators to join our manufacturing team in Michigan. You will perform machine operations, material handling, quality checks, light assembly, and general maintenance in the Fabrication department, communicating daily on safety, quality, and delivery opportunities.

You will operate lasers, presses, and finishing equipment to cut and form metal parts per specs, participate in overtime as needed, and uphold safety and 5-S practices to drive continuous

Qualifikationen

Operator performs a variety of machine operations, material handling, quality checks, light assembly, and general maintenance in the Fabrication department.
Operators will communicate with their team lead regarding safety, quality, and delivery opportunities daily.
Periodically work overtime and/or alternate shifts to meet the production demands.
Operate with safety and follow the company’s rules and 5-S activities to improve workplace quality.

Aufgaben

Operate and set up lasers (CO2 and fiber), press brakes, and finishing equipment to cut, bend, and finish metal parts per specifications.
Operate assigned equipment, identify and correct problems as they occur.
Run test cycles and do quality audits to maintain accuracy and quality.
Maintain safety, quality, and through put as required.
Track use of consumables and keep the work area clean and orderly.
