Job summary

Douglas Dynamics is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility maintenance team in supporting daily production and project needs at our Michigan facility. You will develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend the life of production machinery, including lasers, press brakes, rotomolding, and assembly tools.

Qualifications

• Associates or two-year technical degree in a technical discipline with facility/equipment maintenance training or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical military training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the facility maintenance team to support daily production and development.
• Implement predictive/preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Develop and manage maintenance and facility programs and reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and investigate incidents as required.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
