Douglas Dynamics, LLC is seeking Fabrication Operators to support our fabrication department on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Mon-Thurs) with a 10% shift premium. You will operate lasers, brakes, and finishing equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain safety and throughput.

Competenze

Basic math skills.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints/specifications.
Must be able to read and understand calipers, micrometer, and protractors.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

Operate lasers (CO2 and fiber), press brakes, and finishing equipment to cut, bend, and finish metal parts per specifications.
Identify and correct problems with equipment as they occur.
Run test cycles and perform quality audits to ensure accuracy and quality.
Maintain safety, quality, and throughput as required.
Record production data daily and communicate with other departments.
Participate in company 5-S activities and training.
