Job summary

Ipsen International Inc is seeking a dedicated production associate for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) on-site. You will work under supervision to lay out work, set up machinery, and meet design specifications while minimizing scrap and labor costs.

Responsibilities include operating listed equipment, meeting deadlines, and potentially cross-training on additional machines to build a broader manufacturing understanding.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Degree or GED equivalent.
• Solid work history or school/academic record.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend all forms of written and/or verbal instructions including but not limited to blueprints.
• Learn to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors, and other employees.
• Learn and become certified to use Fork lift and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Produce parts that meet quality standards as determined by supervisor or inspector.
• Train to operate listed machinery safely and properly.
• Trouble-shoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance.
• May be moved and cross trained on several pieces of equipment to develop a core understanding of manufacturing concepts.
