Job summary

Ipsen USA is seeking a 2nd shift production team member to lay out work, set up equipment, and meet production schedules. You will operate multiple metalworking machines and follow safety standards while maintaining quality.

This role offers day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a 10% shift differential. You may be trained on forklift and overhead crane as part of your development path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid work history or academic record.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Learn and become certified to use forklift and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Produce parts that meet quality standards.
• Train to operate machinery: Shear, Riveter, Drill Press, Strippit Punch Press, Roller, Disk Sander, Portable Power Tools, Band Saw, Table Saw, Miter Saw, Hand Brake, Manual Brake Press, Mill, Lathe.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Cross-train on multiple machines to develop manufacturing knowledge.
