Qualifications

• Must have a High School Degree or GED.
• Solid work history or school/academic record.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend all forms of written and/or verbal instructions including but not limited to basic correspondence and blueprints.
• Learn to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply basic mathematics and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Produce parts that meet and exceed quality standards as determined by the Production Supervisor and/or Quality Inspector.
• Train to perform set ups and operation of the listed machinery safely.
• May be moved and cross-trained on several pieces of equipment to develop a core manufacturing understanding.
