• Read blueprints and planning sheets to determine tooling and sequences.
• Maintain quality standards via first-piece and periodic inspections.
• Train others on production procedures to ensure consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and report findings.
• Ensure operation of equipment by following preventative maintenance policies.
