Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a machine operator is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, work orders, and use measuring instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production equipment for operation by setting up and adjusting equipment.
• Reads blueprints and planning sheets to determine tooling and machining methods.
• Maintains quality standards via first-piece and periodic inspections and charts.
• Trains others in production procedures and safety practices.
• Maintains machine operation and reports issues or needed repairs.
• Ensures equipment operation with preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance like oiling machines and dies.
• Keeps work area clean and follows safety policies.
• Follows production standards and collaborates with team on assignments.
