Responsibilities

• Assemble, track, and communicate updates to Engineering drawings.
• Create material takeoffs, material breakdowns and other documentation for the procurement process.
• Monitor progress of deliverables to ensure we meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with fabrication and purchasing on status of material shipments.
• Maintain all documentation related to material certifications, packing lists and mill test reports.
• Work in various software systems, including CRM, ClickUp, Egnyte & Microsoft Office.

Job Description

SAC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabrication Coordinator to support our growing procurement team. This position is ideal for someone interested in purchasing, material coordination, and supporting complex construction projects in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
