Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production or construction environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Interest in learning about the construction industry, including terminology and contract drawings.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to make decisions independently.
• Must possess organization, time-management, detail-oriented mindset and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, track, and communicate updates to Engineering drawings.
• Create material takeoffs, material breakdowns and other documentation for the procurement process.
• Monitor progress of deliverables to ensure we meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with fabrication and purchasing on status of material shipments.
• Maintain all documentation related to material certifications, packing lists and mill test reports.
• Work in various software systems, including CRM, ClickUp, Egnyte & Microsoft Office.
