Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Finance as a Service (FaaS) Supervisor to lead client service teams and manage month-end close processes for mid-market clients. You will interact with C-suite contacts and ensure accurate financial reporting while leveraging OCR, AI, and accounting bots.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's in accounting or finance is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and strong analytical decision making.
• Progressive experience in accounting/financial management in corporate setting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach client services teams for Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Month End Close.
• Support month end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly statements with variance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights to client management.
• Identify process improvements and optimize month end close.
• Understand technology stack and explore additional modules and integrations.
• Define repeatable methodologies and document templates.
• Establish engagement budgets and manage client onboarding.
• Participate in client meetings and proposals.
