Job summary

RSM, a leading provider of professional services, seeks a Supervisor in our Finance as a Service practice in the US to manage month-end close, financial reporting and client-facing workflows. You will work with CEOs, CFOs and controllers, leveraging OCR/AI tech and a cloud stack to drive efficiencies and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance required.
• Excellent written and oral communication are a must.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with analytics and decision making.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience in corporate roles (supervisor to CFO).
• Strong GAAP knowledge and FP&A experience (modeling, budgeting, forecasting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Key point of contact for Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Month End Close cycles.
• Lead, coach and develop client services staff.
• Support the month end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis.
• Provide actionable insights and decision support to client management.
• Identify opportunities to improve month end processes and efficiencies.
• Understand technology stack and onboarding of new FaaS clients.
• Participate in meetings with prospects and in proposals.
