Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 4+ years experience.
• Preferred: Networking certifications (Network+, CCNA/CCNP) and wiring knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain FAA Public Trust or U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical support for FAA programs such as FTI, MS, ADS-B, DCNS.
• Install, repair, configure, test, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment at customer sites.
• Read and follow equipment drawings and task orders; document work performed.
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned area and provide on-call support as needed.
