L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Field Engineer to lead five remote field technicians across Kansas City, KS and surrounding areas, interfacing with FAA programs from the Kansas City NOCC. The role requires onsite support, training, and resource management to ensure timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating dispatches, maintaining equipment, and working with customers while potentially traveling up to 100%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 2 years related experience or Graduate Degree with 0 years; in lieu of a degree, 6+ years related experience
• Experience with fiber, networking topology, frame relay, SONET, ATM, and data applications
• Experience with service dispatch centers and interfacing with customers

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and guidance to team members for large government networks and systems
• Provide onsite training, ensure policy compliance and proper procedures
• Allocate resources to support program operational needs
• Assist in goal setting, skill development and performance reviews
• Act as escalation point for unresolved issues from Help Desk/NOCC
• Install, test, and maintain PCs and network/telecom equipment; document repairs and changes
• Occasionally work after hours and travel up to 100% to remote sites
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 32 lbs and climbing to 10 ft
• Possess ability to obtain Public Trust and possibly DoD Secret Clearance
