Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Deputy MRO Program Manager for the CEC, reporting to the F100 Sustainment Director. You will drive module overhauls, coordinate with CEC and support teams, and improve throughput for the F100 fleet at Columbus Engine Center.

The role requires a strong program management background, 25% travel, US citizenship, and collaboration with Sustainment leaders to meet customer delivery objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or Aerospace
• 12 years aerospace or business experience or An Advanced Degree with 10 years of aerospace or business experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
• Travel 25%

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy to the Program CEC MRO Leader
• Lead and manage CEC module overhauls
• Interface with CEC Operations, Program MRO, Operations, Eagle supply and other support functions to drive increased throughput, and improved turnaround of modules at CEC
• Lead and support MRO Material teams to ensure accurate material planning and forecasting to support module overhauls at CEC
• Collaborate with SPMs to ensure accurate customer module induction forecasts through CEC
• Utilize existing and future tools such Foresight and Qlik to ensure effective module overhaul planning
• Develop overall CEC overhaul strategy that plans for every module (clear visibility for each module and material needed to produce)
