Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX subsidiary, seeks a Control Account Manager to lead level 5 control accounts, plan maintenance projects for F135 depots, and manage Baseline costs, BCRs and POs within the IMS/IPMR framework.

The role offers exposure to the full program management lifecycle, including IMS/IPMR reporting, budget control, and regular program reviews, with on-site work in East Hartford, CT, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8 years of experience in program management or an advanced degree with 5 years in program management.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Control Account Manager assigned level 5 control accounts in accordance with the Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly business rhythm.
• Plan and manage maintenance projects supporting F135 depots within the IMS, assigning baseline cost targets and reporting monthly in IPMR CDRL.
• Manage Budget Change Requests, IDWA and Purchase Orders for inter-company and third-party vendors.
• Calculate and report Estimates to Completion and Estimates at Completion. Identify and report risks and opportunities to technical, schedule, and cost aspects.
• Support regular program reviews such as Maintenance Management Business Reviews, EAC reviews, IBRs, and IMS reviews.
• Participate in F135 Sustainment Requirements Working Groups to develop and refine contract requirements and support digital tools for business processes.
