RTX Corporation's Pratt & Whitney division seeks a highly motivated F100 Materials Specialist to support the F100 program in East Hartford, CT, onsite. You will manage material proposals, purchase orders, and customer agreements to enable aftermarket spare part sales.

The role requires a BS/BA, 5 years of business/supply chain/analysis or an Advanced degree with 3 years. You will collaborate with Sustainment Program, supply chain, and operations to ensure program execution.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5 years of business, supply chain, analysis, and/or customer support experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years experience.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and purchase requests for new spare material, ensuring material schedule alignment.
• Evaluate program requirements to ensure controlled flow of materials and services to meet contracts.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers by hosting monthly teleconferences to resolve shortages and issues.
• Collaborate with program support to resolve shortages affecting production.
• Review Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) and assign export licenses for shipments.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze routine and ad-hoc business unit reports.
