Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a Control Account Manager to lead Level 5 accounts, plan maintenance projects for F135 depots, and manage budget integrity within the IMS/IPMR framework. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.

You will gain exposure to the full program management lifecycle, including contract execution, schedule integration, and long-range planning in a complex aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of experience in program management or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage Level 5 control accounts within the IMS and IPMR CDRLs.
• Plan and manage maintenance projects for F135 depots, including baseline cost targets and monthly status.
• Handle Budget Change Requests (BCR), IDWA and POs for inter-company and third-party vendors.
• Calculate and report ETCs and EACs; identify risks and opportunities across technical, schedule, and cost aspects.
