Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, RTX's engine leader, is hiring a Deputy MRO Program Manager who reports to the F100 Sustainment Director. You will partner with the CEC team, Sustainment Leaders, and support functions to drive module overhauls, improve throughput, and ensure timely delivery of parts for customer demand. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or aerospace, 12 years aerospace or business experience (or advanced degree with 10 years).

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or aerospace.
• 12 years of aerospace or business experience or An Advanced Degree with 10 years of aerospace or business experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
• Travel 25%

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy to the Program CEC MRO Leader.
• Lead and manage CEC module overhauls.
• Interface with CEC Operations, Program MRO, Operations, Eagle supply and other support functions to drive throughput and turnaround.
• Lead and support MRO Material teams for accurate material planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with SPMs to ensure accurate customer module induction forecasts.
• Utilize Foresight, Qlik and related tools for overhaul planning.
