Job summary

CNA National is seeking an Income Development Manager to elevate F&I training across its dealership network from Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on practical training delivery, ACE program enhancement, and compliance alignment to boost product sales and dealer performance.

You will collaborate with sales teams, agents, and partners while representing CNAN at industry events. The ideal candidate brings hands-on dealership F&I experience and a track record in designing and evaluating training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of F&I sales experience in auto dealerships.
• At least 3 years in progressive sales training within vehicle service contract industry.
• At least 2 years of platform sales training experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&I principles, dealership operations, and relevant regulations.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to plan 1–2 years ahead and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience developing sales/service systems and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F&I income development training in person, virtually, and web-based sessions.
• Develop and deliver ACE training to reinforce program usage.
• Support sales teams and agents in dealership assessment and training to grow CNAN F&I performance.
• Train sales teams on income development techniques and translate learning into practice.
• Measure and report training effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure training complies with regulations and CNAN standards.
• Represent CNAN at industry events and functions.
