Job summary

CNAN is seeking an Income Development Manager to strengthen F&I capabilities across our dealership network. You will deliver hands-on training to sales teams, agents, and dealership partners through in-person, virtual, and web-based sessions.

Reporting to the Vice President, National Distribution, you’ll develop ACE training, reinforce consistent use of training programs, processes, and materials, and measure effectiveness against business goals. You’ll also represent CNAN at industry functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of F&I sales experience in auto dealerships.
• At least three years of experience in progressive sales training positions within the vehicle service contract industry.
• At least two years of platform sales training experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&I principles, dealership operations, and relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training, with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to plan one to two years ahead, manage multiple priorities, and resolve problems at strategic and operational levels.
• Experience developing and deploying sales and service systems, customer focus, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical F&I income development training in-person, virtually, and via web sessions.
• Develop and deliver ACE training reinforcing consistent use of programs, processes, and materials.
• Support sales teams and agents in dealership assessment and training activities to strengthen F&I performance and grow sales.
• Train sales teams on income development techniques and translate learning into dealership practice.
• Measure and report on training activities to evaluate effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure training aligns with regulations and CNAN’s compliance expectations.
• Represent CNAN at industry functions, in person or through other channels.
