Job summary

Runde Auto Group is seeking a motivated professional to handle Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations, title processing, and dealership office management. The role includes coordinating vehicle transport and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will manage financing options, process credit applications, and support logistics with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced dealership environment. Some weeknights and Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Dealerships with F&I and/or title work preferred.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations related to vehicle financing and titling.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing for customers and present loan/lease options.
• Explain and upsell extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and other F&I products.
• Maintain relationships with banks, lenders and financial institutions.
• Process credit applications and ensure accuracy in deal structuring.
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Coordinate title processing and oversee dealership office operations.
