Job summary

The Misch Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Insurance to lead F&I efforts, grow the dealer network, and strategize program structures. You will drive net commissions and work across departments to maximize F&I income.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of F&I experience in automotive settings, excel in self-directed work, and communicate clearly in English. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Finance & Insurance experience at an auto dealership or F&I agency.
• Self-directed work style with initiative.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce net commissions and fees for the company.
• Comply with licensing and continuing education requirements.
• Acquire new dealer distributors to meet business plan.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize dealer programs.
• Develop game plans with new dealers to maximize F&I income.
• Train and develop teams to execute game plans effectively.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and share with EVP.
• Leverage relationships with P&C/EB producers for opportunities.
• Organize and clearly articulate thoughts and instructions.
