Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to coordinate all finance and insurance activities for customers. You will assist with financing, prepare documentation, and sell extended service contracts.

The role requires a two-plus year F&I background, a professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate can drive deals in compliance with laws and dealership policies, working closely with the Sales team to promote financing and protection

Qualifications

• Two years of finance and insurance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and sales aptitude.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers and explains aftermarket products and warranties.
• Works with customers to obtain financing through lenders in compliance with laws.
• Prepares state and federal documents for vehicle purchases on time.
• Maintains relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates.
• Collaborates with Sales to relay finance and lease programs and benefits.
