Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has experience in finance or a related field and two or more years of finance and insurance experience.
• Two years of finance and insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver world class customer service.
• Negotiation expertise to secure favorable financing terms.
• Professional appearance and confident, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers with thorough explanations of aftermarket products and warranties.
• Works with customers to obtain financing through lenders in accordance with state and federal law.
• Prepares all state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases timely and according to laws and procedures.
• Maintains relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and programs.
• Collaborates with Sales to ensure referrals to the F&I department and informs on finance/lease programs and benefits.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
