Qualifications

• Two years of dealership experience preferred.
• Strong and confident personality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Assist customers in obtaining financing and prepare all related documents.
• Maintain relationships with lending institutions for competitive rates and programs.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure referrals to F&I and explain financing/lease programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
