Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I experience is required.
• Strong production and clean funding.
• Knowledge of lender programs, deal structure, contracts, and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, closing, and customer-service skills.
• Organization and attention to detail needed to succeed in a busy dealership.
• Team mentality, accountability, and willingness to keep improving.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and protection options with clear, confident presentations.
• Build lender relationships, secure approvals, and structure deals that meet customer needs and lender requirements.
• Drive strong F&I gross and product penetration through professional menu presentations.
• Deliver accurate paperwork, timely funding, and clean deals to accounting.
• Manage contracts in transit, lender stipulations, and chargebacks.
• Work closely with the sales team to keep transactions moving and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Follow dealership policies and applicable requirements while protecting confidential customer information.
