Qualifications

Salary Range: $128,326.00 - $233,417.00 Salary

Job Purpose: The Finance & Insurance Manager maximizes dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by structuring compliant finance deals, hitting F&I targets, and coaching the sales team on F&I best practices at Ron Marhofer Auto Family, a one-price dealership group in Northeast Ohio.

QualificationsRequired Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive finance management with a proven track record of achieving sales/PVR targets and delivering exceptional customer service required.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of F&I management experience in a high-volume, one-price or no-haggle automotive dealership environment, with strong lender relationships and compliance history preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of finance products, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail- and process-oriented.
• Proficient in relevant F&I software and technology platforms.
