The role demands governance of compliance, strong lender relationships, and a track record of elite performance in production, CSI scores, and team leadership within a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver industry-leading results immediately, with our nationally top ranked finance team.
• Previous high volume automotive dealership experience - 400+ units per month or more.
• Proven track record of high performance, achieving industry-leading benchmarks.
• Ability to deliver CSI Excellence
• Extreme ownership of contracts in transit (C.I.T)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional finance performance while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience
• Present and secure financing, protection products, and aftermarket offerings with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure full compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations
• Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) with accuracy, urgency, and accountability
• Achieve and maintain high CSI performance standards
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
