Job summary

The Preston Automotive Group seeks an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead our F&I department at Boulevard Ford in Lewes, DE. You will oversee financing, leasing, and insurance activities, build lender relationships, and structure deals that maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in automotive F&I management, strong compliance knowledge, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive F&I management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of F&I products, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&I activities including financing, leasing and insurance products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies to secure favorable rates.
• Collaborate with sales to structure deals that maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
• Review customer credit applications to determine financing options and secure approvals.
• Present F&I options to customers and explain terms clearly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations governing F&I activities.
• Monitor F&I performance metrics and implement profitability improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
