Susquehanna Ford is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance and Delivery (F&I) Manager to oversee all finance and insurance activities for vehicle sales and to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery. You will collaborate with the sales team to tailor financing options and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes high performance and ethical product promotion, with compensation through salary plus commission and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

Proven track record of high performance in sales or related field.
Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
Desire to grow within the automotive industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business or finance is advantageous.
Experience in automotive dealership sales operations is preferred, especially with an Agent Services Contract.
