High Desert Ford is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to coordinate the sale of finance and insurance programs and work with lenders to provide financial services to customers.

The role requires at least 3 years of dealership F&I producer experience, with finance management training preferred. You will lead the F&I team, ensure compliance, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will attend weekly manager meetings, process financing documents, and support sales with a team-oriented approach.

• At least 3 years automotive dealership F&I producer experience.
• Finance management training preferred.
• Proven track record with positive customer satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented and able to lead a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsabilités

• Sells financing and insurance products to customers.
• Oversees the completion and submission of all financing documents.
• Acts as liaison between customers and lending institutions.
