Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and determine financing options and approvals.
• Present F&I options, explain terms, and assist customers in choosing products.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations governing F&I activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to F&I products promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
