Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our Boise team. You will greet customers, present protection packages, and help secure financing by building relationships with lenders.

The role requires at least two years of dealership F&I management, a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. You’ll process deals, enter transactions in ADP and bank systems, and participate in meetings to drive store success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership F&I Manager experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver\'s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present protection packages and explain benefits.
• Secure financing by building lender relationships.
• Submit deals to banks and enter transactions in dealer systems.
• Process paperwork and ensure compliance with DMV and lenders.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding items.
