Lithia & Driveway's Henderson Hyundai Superstore is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead financing processes and partner with lenders to secure the best deals for customers. You will greet clients, present protection options, and manage deal submission and paperwork with accuracy.

Responsibilities include submitting deals electronically, tracking receivables, and collaborating with sales while ensuring compliance with DMV and lender requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of dealership F&I Manager experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to build relationships with lenders to secure financing.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
• Ensure financing by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available.
• Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.
• Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems.
• Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow-up to ensure collection of all money and stipulations.
• Participate in store meetings and interact with sales team to ensure transactions are completed to customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up with customers for action on purchased products requiring customer action.
• Obtain licensing within 90 days from date of hire.

Kenntnisse

Dealership F&I Manager experience

Valid driver's license
