Ford Greeley, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a talented Finance Manager (F&I Manager) who embodies respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. You provide exceptional service and financing/insurance options to finalize vehicle purchases, while fostering strong lender relationships.

This role has a variable schedule, Monday–Saturday, with Saturdays required and Sundays closed. Competitive earnings, 401k match, comprehensive benefits, and a year-end bonus await the right

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I department or selling financial services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Friendly and cooperative with ability to connect with customers.
• Detail oriented with high quality and technical expertise.

Responsabilités

• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and obtain approval in a timely manner.
• Finalize all paperwork in the car deal and submit to accounting.
• Collect and safeguard money and fees.
• Assist in managing deal and cash flow per CIT guidelines.
• Manage reserve income, F&I product penetrations and per-vehicle retail averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with sales to meet objectives.
