Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group’s Texan Dodge dealership in Humble, TX is seeking an F&I Manager to provide financing and insurance options and secure lender relationships. You will build trust with customers while ensuring compliant, profitable deal flows and excellent service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, detailed handling of paperwork, and teamwork with sales and accounting to optimize finances and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in dealership F&I departments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to connect with customers quickly.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer professionally regardless of financing decision or credit ability.
• Manage reserve income, F&I product penetrations, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages per company standards.
• Set up monthly forecasting with the sales department and use the forecast to meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and obtain approvals; finalize paperwork in a timely manner and submit to accounting.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow per Contracts-In-Transit guidelines.
